Villa Cleaning $300
(Stays exceeding 1 week will incur additional cleaning fees)
50% due to secure property rental. Dates are not held until
deposit is received.
The balance of your payment is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation within 120 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit is forfeited. If we are able to rent the villa following the cancellation, we will refund the balance. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, the entire deposit is forfeited.
Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
Check-in/check-out times are liberal as long as we
do not have a party arriving or departing the same day.
